I like to loft out my new designs on the wood I'll be using. I rarely use paper plans and never draw them out. I'm using some very nice clear Douglas Fir for this one. The plexi fret board was a failed attempt, but useful during the design stage. I wanted this to be a clean, simple, elegant, and easy to build design. I think I hit a home run.
