Vincent Cafe Racer
I
recently stopped for lunch in the Northern California town of Point
Reyes Station. Across from the restaurant was a Bar /Saloon popular
with the biker set. Parked outside among the requisite Harleys was this
little jewel. No one came out while I snapped off these four images, so
don't know anything about it. What a beauty!
11/12/10 I received an email recently from the owner of this bike. He provided me with this information about this custom built bike.
"1952 Vincent engine, 1960s Fritz Egli frame,
Ceriani forks, Laverda wheels. Built in Novato, Ca. in
2002. Owner fabricated fuel tank, seat, exhaust, controls and
associated hardware. 1,000cc, 5 speed.
Paul Zell Novato, CA"
