The weather
could not have been more perfect. Sunny skys and warm temps made for
excellent riding conditions. The hills were green and the wildflowers
blooming. We were a group of 6 , riding all metric bikes. (3 Suzuki
Volusias - 2 Honda Silver Wings - 1 Yamaha) After meeting up on
Treasure Island, we followed the game plan through the City, over the
GG Bridge, and stopped at the Vista Point Lookout. From here we
drove to the top of Mt. Tam, down to Alpine Dam, through Fairfax, and
stopped for lunch in Woodacre. We then continued on through Olema
and pit-stopped in Bolinas. From here we circled the lagoon, past
through Stinson Beach, drove along the coast, over the hill, and gassed
up in Mill Valley. We said good byes in front of the old Fireside
Motel. A good time was had by all.

We ran across
this interesting Nimbus
Sidecar rig in Bolinas. In-line 4 engine, shaft drive, and
rubber band seat suspention are quite unusual.
