| Jake Wilson: I added: eye drops bottle of ibuprofin insect repellant sunscreen insect sting treatment additional benzoin tincture Immodium AD (just think about the consequences of NOT having this ~~~Myself, in my Swing unlocked dash box I carry a tube of SPF 30 skin lotion, grease pencil (to write route directions on the inside of the windscreen) In the locked dash box, a can of Honda spray cleaner/polish and a small roll of paper towel. Inside of the paper towel tube I stow my incidental medical relief kit in a small pill bottle which consists of: about a dozen or so tabs of ibuprofen, pepto bismal tabs, mylanta tabs (chewable), with a cotton ball so they stay together. The antacids are good for those moments on the road when I eat indiscriminately and or to excess but I will admit to some nights that I was too damned ill to make it to the scoot to fetch the remedies, and have often thought about putting an identical stash in my toiletry bag that always gets carried with my clothes in the Givi trunk and makes it to the room. When on the road at the start of the day I make it a habit of popping one or two ibuprofen caplets just to stave off the physical effects of riding. At home I take two ibu's at night before bed so I don't feel as bad in the morning. |
